Returns

As our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective reasons, including:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Size misunderstanding

• Slight variations in color, texture, shape, or handmade details

Please carefully review the product description, measurements, and photos before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that handmade ceramics and garden decorations require careful handling during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order number

• Photos or videos of the damaged item

• Photos of the original packaging

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, replacement parts, or a refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be canceled once production or order processing has started, as handmade items require preparation time.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns unless the return is caused by a product defect or shipping damage.

Handmade Product Notice

Handmade products are unique and may include natural variations such as small marks, texture differences, and slight imperfections. These are not considered defects.

For products used outdoors or with plants, changes caused by weather, sunlight, moisture, moss growth, plant conditions, or natural aging are not guaranteed and are not considered product defects.
